Taste of Osaka : Yakisoba & Okonomiyaki

Event Description:

The purpose of Taste of Osaka: Yakisoba & Okonomiyaki is to introduce the campus community to the rich food culture of Osaka, Japan. By sharing two of its most iconic dishes—yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) and okonomiyaki (savory Japanese pancake)—we hope to give participants a chance to experience authentic Japanese cuisine, learn about its cultural significance, and foster cross-cultural exchange. This event aims to bring people together through food, create awareness of Japanese traditions, and strengthen our community through shared cultural experiences.
